Westbourne Grammar’s finest junior and senior musicians share a stunning program of artistry and imagination, bringing their performing arts community together in a celebration of music. Pulse is a dynamic showcase of music excellence that embraces a diverse range of ensemble and solo repertoire.
Opening with Christopher Tin’s breathtaking Iza Ngomso with Choir and Orchestra, the event will also feature the 1st movement of Mendelssohn’s 1st Piano Concerto in G minor and the premiere of Edward Fairlie’s work Allegretto for Big Band and Strings, a rework of the 2nd movement of Beethoven’s 7th Symphony.
