In his latest release, Folkocracy, Wainwright embarks on a journey back to his family folk roots. Reflecting on childhood summers spent at folk festivals and watching his famous family on stage, Folkocracy features reimagined folk duets with artists such as Chaka Khan, Brandi Carlile, Anohni and many more.

With a prolific career spanning opera, film, and television, the New York-born, Montreal-raised singer-songwriter has released 10 studio albums to critical acclaim.
