Transaction Fees
As a not for profit organisation, Transaction Fees directly cover costs relating to updating and maintaining our ticketing and website services, including making future improvements to these services for you, as well as supporting the Centre’s artistic program.
Transaction fees apply to bookings made online, via phone, email, mail and fax. Transaction fees apply to the whole transaction, not per ticket.
Online Bookings
For online bookings, separate fees also apply depending on the delivery method chosen (see separate FAQ for delivery fee information).
$7 – Transaction Fee
$4 – Transaction Fee for events where all ticket prices are under $20
Phone/Email/Mail Bookings
For these bookings, venue collection or regular post delivery fees do not apply (see separate FAQ for delivery fee information).
$8.50 – Transaction Fee
$5.50 – Transaction Fee for events where all ticket prices are under $20
When do you not charge transaction fees?
If you are a Member, or purchase only a package / subscription, or reserve seats only to a free event, or buy tickets in person, we won’t charge you any fees on these purchases (except for Express Post charges).
