Mark is the Managing Director of the Australian Foundation Investment Company, Australia’s largest listed investment company, Djerriwarrh Investments Limited, Mirrabooka Investments Limited and AMCIL Limited.

He started his career as an investment analyst at JBWere in 1994 where he advised Australian Foundation Investment Company, Djerriwarrh Investments Limited, Mirrabooka Investments Limited and AMCIL Limited on their investment and dealing activities. He was admitted as a Partner of Goldman Sachs JB Were in 2001. In 2007 he joined the four investment companies the Chief Investment Officer and was appointed as Managing Director of the companies in 2018.

Mark is currently the Chair of the Mannix College Foundation Board.

Qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering, Master of Business Administration (University of Melbourne) and Graduate Diploma Applied Finance (Securities Institute of Australia), Advanced Management Programme (INSEAD)
