Australian National Academy of Music (ANAM)

The Australian National Academy of Music (ANAM) is an internationally renowned institution dedicated to classical music performance training. As Australia's only purely performance-based music academy, ANAM connects emerging artists with leading orchestras, mentors, and performance opportunities, ensuring excellence in the training and presentation of classical music.

Australian String Quartet

The Australian String Quartet (ASQ) is Australia’s pre-eminent organisation dedicated to string quartet music and Quartet-in-Residence at the University of Adelaide’s Elder Conservatorium of Music. Defined by musical excellence since 1985, the ASQ celebrates music past and present through creating intimate and dynamic musical experiences for audiences around the world. 

Melbourne Chamber Orchestra

Directed by celebrated Australian violinist and concertmaster Sophie Rowell, the MCO is Victoria’s preeminent professional chamber orchestra. In more than 50 performances each season, the orchestra brings leading Australian musicians together in inspiring programs of uncompromising artistic quality, finesse, and passion.

Melbourne International Jazz Festival

The Melbourne International Jazz Festival (MIJF) is a world-class jazz festival held annually since 1998. For 10 days every year, we take the underground above ground, showcasing and celebrating jazz culture. We bring together the biggest and best names in international jazz alongside leading and emerging contemporary Australian artists.

Melbourne Symphony Orchestra

The Melbourne Symphony Orchestra is Australia’s preeminent orchestra and a cornerstone of Victoria’s rich, cultural heritage. Each year, the MSO and MSO Chorus present more than 180 public events across live performances, TV, radio and online broadcasts. In 2024, Jaime Martín leads the Orchestra for his third year as MSO Chief Conductor.

Musica Viva Australia is a national organisation which delivers concerts, music education and emerging artist initiatives across the country, featuring outstanding international and Australian artists. Reaching an audience of nearly 200,000 annually across its mainstage concerts, concerts in schools, masterclasses, workshops and competitions, it is committed to making music feel extraordinary, for everyone.
